Congratulations to Beth Peak
Gary Roecker

Congratulations to Bethany Peak, MLT(ASCP) who earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Degree from The Robert B. Miller College.  Beth started her career with Regional Medical Laboratories, Inc. as a phlebotomist in July 1991.  Shortly after, she began attending Kellogg Community College earning an Associate in Applied Science Degree in May 1998.  Beth has experience working in all of the departments at RML.  Most recently she has concentrated in the Hematology, Immunology, Coagulation and Blood Bank areas.

Beth’s journey is an excellent example of how the career ladder is possible within the laboratory field, especially at RML.  Through hard work, excellent attendance, and a great attitude, Beth has completed her degree and has opened many more possibilities for herself.  Her accomplishment is even more impressive considering she worked full time and raised two children while completing her degree.
